Companies.

Organisations, companies, partnerships, start-ups and charities can arrange coaching contracts for anyone ranging from individuals and small groups to large teams. Coached clients do not have to be Executives, but most coaching contracts have goals that suit people who are changing roles, undergoing professional development or taking on greater responsibility. The standard contract arrangement is for six sessions, spread over several weeks. But all coaching contracts are tailored to the needs of the stakeholder.

Individuals.

Has anyone ever told you to “get a life?”

Life coaching can help individuals make more out of relationships, assess and adjust the work-life balance, address small concerns before they become big issues, maximise the positives and realise the potential within every one of us. Life coaching contracts are normally agreed to run for up to six sessions (usually of an hour’s duration each) at a time and place to suit you.

Couples.

Couples coaching requires both people in the relationship to attend the sessions. It focuses on what is strong and valuable in your relationship by promoting good communication, greater understanding and ensuring your wants and needs are prioritised. Couples coaching normally contracts for a minimum of four hour-long sessions and is delivered face-to-face.
